Plan the shared Team pool

Team costs $599 per month for up to five named people. It includes 20 shared desk-visit days and two shared room credits per billing period. The default example uses four people attending on three dates: twelve shared visits used, eight remaining.

Counting attendance

Count one visit for each named person attending on a date. A short afternoon still consumes that person's visit for the day. The result is not multiplied into twenty days per person, and unused visits do not roll over at the billing anniversary.

This calculator accepts a bounded headcount and number of dates. If the plan would exceed the pool, it says so without inventing an extra-visit price. A headcount above five does not become authorized just because multiplication can produce a result.

Other plan conditions

Team desk hours are weekdays 09:00–18:00 at all locations. Its two room credits are shared and cover thirty minutes each in Harbor Pebble or Maple. They are separate from desk visits and cannot pay for catering or other locations' rooms.

Coordination

The onboarding guide includes a fuller attendance example and role table. An owner or billing admin can obtain company invoices; ordinary Team members cannot. Before inviting colleagues, explain the shared pool and separate room bookings so everyone plans from the same units.

The tool only performs arithmetic. It does not read actual usage, add members or reserve a desk day.
