Compare desk costs

Start with four weekday visits for one person. At $29 per day pass, four passes cost $116. Monthly Flex costs $129 and includes eight visit days at a chosen home location. Monthly Unlimited costs $249 and includes all-location desk access during each site's member hours, plus four room credits per period.

Assumptions

All amounts are USD including Acme's fictional taxes. Day passes cover selected weekdays 09:00–18:00 at one location. Flex uses weekday 09:00–18:00 access at its home location; a partial day consumes a day. Unlimited has a different access scope, so comparing prices does not make the plans interchangeable.

The tool can recalculate a bounded number of planned visits. It does not grant more Flex days when an input exceeds the eight included days, quote an unpublished extra-visit fee or personalize a recommendation from account data. An amount lower than another amount is simply a cost comparison under the labelled assumptions.

Annual comparison

Annual Unlimited costs $2,628 upfront, equivalent to $219 per month over twelve months. It is not a $219 monthly subscription. Credits reset monthly instead of arriving for a whole year at once. Read the annual guide before comparing that commitment with a few passes.
