Estimate a room cost

The default example is Harbor Pebble for two hours with no credits. Pebble holds four people and costs $20 per hour, so that example costs $40. Choose an allowed duration in half-hour increments from one hour, and keep the room's location and capacity beside the result.

Credits

Each credit covers thirty minutes in Harbor Pebble or Maple only. Other rooms and catering are excluded. The calculation caps covered time at the reservation duration; entering extra credits does not create a cash refund. An actual account must have the eligible credits available, and a confirmed reservation must still exist.

For two hours in Maple, the ordinary fee is $70. Two eligible credits cover one hour, leaving $35. Midtown Summit holds sixteen people and costs $60 per hour. Its linked 1.5-hour result is $90 with no credit eligibility.

Linked examples

Default Pebble example gives the same result as the default page. Summit for 1.5 hours gives a different room, capacity and price. These are meaningful result states rather than tracking variations.

What the number leaves out

The tool does not include catering, reserve equipment, increase room capacity or show live availability. Food arrangements have their own conditions. Review the booking and cancellation guides before confirming in an actual account.
