Planning tools

These tools show simple, deterministic examples for Acme desks and meeting rooms. They calculate from the displayed inputs and prices, with units and exclusions next to the result. They do not read a member account, confirm eligibility, create a reservation or show live availability.

Plan chooser

Compare four weekday day passes with monthly Flex and Unlimited. Price is only one part of the comparison. Flex uses a home location and a limited number of days, while Unlimited follows the different member hours at each site. Team is a pooled group plan and has its own calculator.

Room cost

Choose a room, duration and eligible credits. Rooms have a one-hour minimum and thirty-minute increments. Credits cover time in Harbor Pebble or Maple only. The linked Summit example demonstrates a different capacity and rate with no credit eligibility.

Team attendance

Count named people multiplied by attendance dates. Four people on three dates use twelve of the shared twenty visits. The tool shows the remaining pool rather than describing the allowance as twenty per person.

Before relying on a result

Read the linked procedure and the relevant cancellation conditions. A mathematical total cannot confirm that a room is available or a particular user holds the allowance. Use the actual account to establish a booking and retain its confirmation.
